GST @ 18% shall be charged extra. The fee covers Interior Design Consultancy Services only. Cost of materials, labour, contractor payments and vendor invoices are excluded. Statutory approvals, permissions and consultant fees are excluded. Any increase in project area or significant change in scope shall be charged additionally. Execution and project contracting shall be governed under a separate agreement, if awarded.
3D Visualizations clause
βΎ
3D views of key spaces are included within the scope of services and shall be shared during the design development stage. Walkthrough animations, virtual tours, VR presentations or advanced rendering services, if required, shall be charged separately.
Revisions clause
βΎ
The fee includes up to two rounds of design revisions during the design development stage. Any revisions requested after approval of drawings or revisions beyond the included design cycles shall be treated as additional services and charged separately.
Intellectual property clause
βΎ
All concepts, designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, visualizations and related documents prepared by A10 Design Private Limited shall remain the intellectual property of the firm. The Client shall be entitled to use the documents solely for this project upon payment of the complete professional fee.
